Our inn offers exquisite home-style dishes typical of the Karst & Trieste region. Our cuisine features a diverse range of dishes, from jota (sauerkraut soup), dumplings, karst prosciutto (dry-cured ham), roast shank, filled crescent rolls, venison and beef steak Florentine style. Our desserts include home-made pies and strudels as well as delicious pancakes.

Our wine list features several wines on tap: Teran, Refošk and Malvazija. Our wine cellar boasts about 30 different wine varieties of winegrowers from the Karst, Istria, Vipava and Goriška Brda.
